Failure to Thrive: Persistence to Succeed

It has been a long time since I updated here and last year was supposed to be my year to make this site full of everything I wanted to do. I wanted to stick to my plan so badly. Instead I made excuses about being too busy to write new posts. I did go to places and had many other experiences. Not as much as I would have liked. Hopefully, this year I will do more and post more.

Over the past year I have done a lot of traveling, reading, changing, and doing as much as I can. I started a business, currently not a success but we’ll see. Read as many books as I could. Went to Montréal, Asheville, and anywhere else close by but far enough. I got a home of my own. So, I’m not who I was because of my new experiences but I am a lot better.

Now, I have more things to do. I have to be a better person. A better cook. Further my knowledge by reading and new experiences. Be more active. Explore more places. Make my business a success. And anything else I can’t think of at the moment.

I’ve always had a journal. So, my original thought was to use this site as a digital copy. Then I thought I should use it to track my progress in doing new things. With both of those mind sets on how to use this space made me not want to do it. Now, the focus isn’t logging data or having another dear diary thing. It’s simply to show my perspective without falling apart or any sort of drama. It’ll be simply about positivity and anything that goes with that.

Alright, now it begins. Let’s start again. A new year. A new beginning. Let’s begin!
